KIJU 4.0 – An intercultural workshop project aimed at the labour market integration of refugees who do not receive benefits under SGB II in the Nordhausen district
The main objective of the project is to introduce young people and young adults to the training and employment market in the long term by providing them with meaningful and meaningful employment, creating opportunities for social participation, promoting their training and employability and sustainably improving their social and professional integration.
Consequently, there are four main objectives:
Improving language and education
Familiarisation with everyday working life in Germany
Preparation for training or work
These are to be achieved with the following contents:
Project and workshop programmes
German language support
Educational and information programmes
work placements
Socio-educational support
Social activities
Target group
The programme is aimed at young refugees under the age of 27 who do not receive benefits under SGB II.
